All families can require help and support at one time or another.
Our directory contains information on support services that are available to you and your family and covers a wide range of topics.
Families Information Service is part of the Royal Greenwich Early Help team.
Early Help can provide help and support to children and their families. This can include Early Help family workers, our P4P parenting course, or The Point for services for young people.
To get support from the Early Help team or to take part in a P4P course, you will need to be referred by a professional worker who knows you or your family. Please ask your child's school, health visitor, children's centre, GP or any other service working with your family.
If you have serious concerns about a child’s safety or wellbeing you should contact the MASH team(Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub) on 020 8921 3172.
