A short film about disability, love and faith
Some parents feel that there is a stigma attached to disability particularly in their faith communities. Feelings of shame and anxiety can make it hard to accept a diagnosis, go to church, get extra support at school or just take part in everyday life. Greenwich Parent Voice have made a film in which parents share a positive view of disability. They speak movingly about what it is like to raise a child with special needs and encourage us all to celebrate our amazing children.
