Inclusive BMX club as part of Greenwich BMX (Weekly sessions) Participants do not need to be able to ride a bike, the sessions are to introduce BMX and Cycling and give the experience of what is deemed an extreme sport. Children can begin on the flat surface on a BMX bike, and can progress onto the BMX track if they want to. Progress is encouraged but the sessions are to be enjoyed and for the children and young people to have fun. Brothers/Sisters and friends are welcome to come along and join too.

We have a range of programmes running during the week and at weekends dependent on ability. They are usually half days and participants can enjoy going afloat, enjoying the River Thames and adding to their skills set. CENMAC is a unique, London-based support service offering assessments, reviews and loan of equipment to help pupils with a disability access the curriculum. CENMAC offers early intervention, training and support to staff to increase their confidence and knowledge. CENMAC also offers advice and support to parents and carers, runs events, offers training and can help loan or help adapt school materials. The Short Breaks ASD Project provides activities and trips for young people with ASD in Greenwich. Sessions are held on Monday evenings and Saturdays, alternating between activities at Hawksmoor Youth Club and trips to external venues or activity centres. Activities have so far included ice-skating, Laser-Tag, theatre trips, Jump Giants, bowling and film nights at local cinemas.
The Short Breaks Holiday Club provides activities and trips for young people with disabilities in Greenwich during school holidays. The programme is for all types of disability, ranging from those with complex needs to those with moderate learning difficulties. A range of activities are provided, including swimming, bowling, trips to adventure playgrounds and the beach, sightseeing in London, and trips to disability-friendly theme parks.
