The SEND Keyworker service supports children 0 – 18 years old who have multiple and or complex difficulties living in the Royal borough of Greenwich. We offer intensive, practical home based support for families who have a child with Complex SEND needs. The type of service offered depends on individual need which will be assessed by the allocated Keyworker and Team Leader.
